AMA Loan Plan

With the new AMA Loan Plan being released this week it is now possible to move into an AMA property for as little as £132,000. With only 25% of the Springside development remaining, one bedroom flats are available for £165,000; with an AMA Loan Plan the purchaser need only pay 80% of the purchase price (£132,000) to move in.
