AMA 5 year Guarantee pledge

AMA directors have announced that all new properties sold between 1^st September 2010 and 31^st December 2010 will come with an AMA 5 year Warranty. This is on top of the existing 10 year NHBC guarantee already in place, which covers the building and foundations. The AMA warranty will cover items, such as our heating, plumbing and electrical systems. The directors believe that purchasing a house is a big enough commitment without having to worry about unexpected bills. Existing products used on AMA buildings are already of the highest quality and will certainly be saving the home owner money, this warranty will give added ‘peace of mind’.
