Springside - Moves up a gear

As 2009 comes to an end, the AMA residential development at Springside hits 2010 with a bang.

• Over 60% of the completed units will be occupied by the end of January 2010
• The shell and core for 230 units will be completed by the end of January 2010
• The new vehicular loop linking upper Grove Place and Blandfield Street will open by the end of January 2010
• The pedestrian access linking Fountainbridge and the Western Approach will be open to the public before the end of January 2010.
